At FG LUXURY HAIR, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific return and refund guidelines to ensure hygiene and product quality.

By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unaltered
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • The lace, tags, and security seals are intact and not tampered with
  • Return request is made within 48 hours of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns if:

  • The wig or hair has been worn, installed, cut, dyed, or styled
  • The lace has been cut or altered
  • The product shows any sign of use
  • The item is returned without original packaging

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Clear photos/videos of the item
  3. Wait for approval before sending the item back

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.


4. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the shipping cost

6. Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong item received
  • Defective or damaged products

Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us immediately within 48 hours
  • Provide photos/videos as proof
  • We will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled before shipment
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account
  • Contact your payment provider
  • If the issue persists, contact us
